He also founded Phiusion Labs, an innovation platform focused on next-generation technologies in aesthetics, biologics, and regenerative medicine.

Topic

Regenerative Aesthetics and the End of Symptomology

Drawing on decades building Prollenium from a startup into a global injectable manufacturer — and on Phiusion Labs’ work in next-generation aesthetics and regenerative medicine — Ario Khoshbin explores how regenerative approaches can move the field beyond treating surface symptoms toward deeper, biology-driven outcomes. The session connects product innovation, R&D, and clinical practice around a central question: what does aesthetic medicine look like when regeneration, not symptom management, sets the agenda?

Topic

Beyond the Treatment: Clinical Preparedness in Modern Aesthetic Medicine

As aesthetic medicine rapidly embraces new technologies, products, and regenerative treatments, clinical systems must evolve alongside them. Kimsy Kay, RPN, explores the fundamentals surrounding innovation - from patient assessment, consent and documentation to complication preparedness, interdisciplinary collaboration, and knowing when not to treat. The session asks practitioners to consider a critical question: As our treatments become more advanced, are our clinical systems advancing with them?
